We are Wil and Allye Lamb - owners of Roller Mills Smokehouse! We both graduated with honors from Clemson University (Allye - 2018 and Wil - 2021), met while attending college, and got married four years later in 2022. We also opened RMS in 2022 with a big vision for what the future of RMS would be. Wil crafted all meats and sauces, while Allye refined old family recipes and created all of the sides and desserts. None of this could have been done without our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whispering tweaks and adjustments into our ears throughout the entire process of building our menu!

In 2025 we welcomed our beautiful daughter, Laney Lamb, to the Roller Mills family!
Today, Wil runs the face to face business everyday, and has mastered his role as pit master! Allye had to take a step back from cooking the food to care for Laney, but still manages all of the day-to-day operations for RMS!
